i would say that 3.2ghz is fine, but if you really do wanna overclock with out any after market cooling, then i think that 3.4-3.6ghz.
but make sure that your case is very well ventilated to keep the hs/f supplied with fresh, cool, clean air.

Got my 930 to 3.8Ghz and stable on air with the stock cooler ;) but boosting the vCore and pumping 0.2 more on the voltage of the RAM.
At the moment im just running at stock speeds...

only go as far as you feel necessary
play on some games and benchmark them, then do an overclock and benchmark again, if there is alot of performance increase then keep it overclocked, but if the increase is one or two frames, then just leave it.
counter strike source has a built in video stress test, do that every time you overclock and record your results

This depends on many factors, rest of your system, electricity supply in your area, house wiring, ambient room teperature, type of cooling used, and luck to name a few.
So... we cant tell you, you have to find out for yourself. Unless you figure out how lucky you have been in your choice of cpu, and can tell us, without overclocking it first...
