I am having big problems getting the above card to work,i have installed cards before without problem.I uninstalled my old Geforce 4 and shut PC down, swapped cards and rebooted,i have followed the instructions to the letter but the drivers fail to install,i get an error saying Bad parameter so drivers wont work, when i go into the device manager and click on hardware profiles the VGA adapter has a mark against it,when i look at this it says error code 1.I have tried to uninstall driver but it fails saying the device is needed for startup, also i get some warning about MMC files pages being open. Also when i try to shut PC down the standby option is faded out,,,I am at a total loss and would like some advice.I can use PC for basics but thats about it..

I have removed the old drivers and tried the latest ones from Nvidia as well as the ones on the supplied disk, both say The parameter is bad

I shut PC down and removed the 6200 and put my old card back in,i booted it up and it works perfectly without having to install any further software,i then clicked on hardware profiles and device manager and clicked on the VGA adapter which now does not have a mark against it,i clicked on update driver and installed the same latest one from Nvidia which failed to work with the 6200 and it installed perfectly..Could it be a bad graphics card thats the problem as opposed to a driver error?

i think it is a bad graphics card, make sure that on the graphics card all the resistors are connected, nothing metal on the circuitry etc, and send it back in for a refund :D
