i have terrible problems trying to print any more than one novatech page.
i've tried to print "selection" and eg 3 pages come out but only with a heading otherwise blank.
i can use print screen, copy to wordpad and print but lose most of formatting.
i have looked for a solution on the web. no luck
i've tried to use livechat (danno) but cannot tye on the form !!
hence this posting .
can anyone help please.

By saying that it comes with blank pages apart from headings, does it do that on ALL the pages or only one of them?
I think you may be better off trying out a different type of browser, try installing Mozilla FireFox and see if you still have the problem, if you do, just uninstall it and tell me :)
Here you go, even a direct link on where to download it :) - http://www.mozilla-europe.org/en/products/firefox/
Welcome to the forums by the way :)
Hope this sorts out your problems.

many thanks for your reply. it was all the pages.
i was actually using firefox but uninstalled and reinstalled per your link to no avail. however you put in my mind to try internet explorer (which i hate using) and it worked!
this recalled to mind that about 3/4 years ago one of the big banks wouldn't guarantee that their website would function fully under firefox but it never occurred to me that this could be the case with novatech who are so brilliant in all other respects.

have you tried using the firefox 3 rc2 release it has many imrovemnets over the 2nd version such as speed but it may also fix your problem (from the home page it can be accesd by clinking on the firefox 3 sneek preview

Glad it sorted you out, hope you don't have problems if you wish to upgrade in the future :)
I know, my dad is still saying: ME was the best.. no chance LOL I love XP :)
Why are you still on ME? If it is the cost go Ubuntu if you dont do a lot of gaming  I have it and it is great for general tasks and best of all it is free and most of the software for it is as well so you can get corel standard photo editing for free as well as every thing else

i have access to another pc in the house with xp and fairly uptodate corel and photoshop(i don't do a lot with photos myself).
i do no gaming.
i haven't tried ubuntu but did have a look at red hat etc and open office some while ago but one of my main interests is for access/xl 2000 and m$ can't be bettered in my book.
i'm probably as old as maddutchdude's dad and like win me because it is stable and copes with legacy stuff without probing around and sending silly messages from redmond.
Openoffice supports all ms formats (except the new 2007 ones but it soon will) and most things work just as well as they do on ms. but the differece is that it is so much more coustmisable you can make it look just as you want it to look with absolutly no restricions mine is unrecognisable compared to the original ubuntu. and the best is everything for it is !!!!!!!!FREE!!!!!!!!!
