Unstable Picture

The picture on my Exair iM1501C TFT LCD monitor has become unstable in as much as when switched on the screen just changes colour without any picture, however if I hold the up or the down button in while turning on I get a normal windows screen for as long as i keep either button pressed in, when I then release the button it again loses the picture and reverts to changing colour. Any help to solve this problem please[/img]

if the monitor is from us please see the below link for monitor warranty information and contact details, you will need to kow the novatech stock code in order to find the correct information.

if your monitor is on the list if you contact the warranty company they will arrange the repair or replacement of the montor. if your monitor is not on the list if you call tech support on 0870 112 0612 they will arrange getting the monitor back for test.
