If your PC was supplied with a disc labelled PowerDVD / WinDVD you will need to install this in order to play DVD videos. Novatech do not install any software as we are unable to complete the installation of Windows on your behalf.
Click here (http://www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/specpage.html?POW-DVD) for PowerDVD software
If you did not purchase a PC that includes a software bundle or purchased a bundle or barebones system there is a freeware player - VLC from here (http://www.videolan.org) This includes codecs for a large number of video formats and software DVD decoder.
