New SATA HDD is Dynamic not Basic

Hello,
I have just fitted a second SATA HDD,did the usual format,but the HDD is dynamic not basis,how did this happen,how can I address the issue please.

All sorted,if anyone else gets the same problem,just right click on the grey box in disk management ,by the drive letter and select basic :D

OK. Basic disks, basically, do not support RAID configurations.

Unless you're installing RAID, a basic disk or a dynamic disk makes no difference...

Nahh don't think so bud, I think that the hardware RAID is better, I could be mistaken though :lol:
