Hello,Hope im in the correct place to get advice.I want to know where to buy good quality speaker cable for my 5.1 surround system which my television is plugged into.I have a good quality sony amp,but I am only using cheap bell wire type cables at the moment and I know good quality cables will improve the sound.

Problem is the wide variety available is daunting as is the cost,I have seen speaker cable advertised at £3000 per metre,I am on a small budget and as I say would welcome your feedback.

Hi, Aubrey, I buy my HiFi speaker interconnects at RicherSounds:

The Gale cables are very fine, just beware that the more expensive ones are quite thick, copper conductors are around 4mm. There is a branch in Belfast or mail order. :D
