Hello
I recently placed an order (4208245) for a number of items, some of which appear to be out of stock ("N/A" on item page, status "B" in order information). The "Chose delivery" still gave foretasted dates, so I went with an earlier one.
Can I expect the items to arrive around the predicted date, or does the system not take into account status-B items?
If waiting for stock delays delivery beyond the free delivery estimate, would I still be charged for the earlier "next working day" option which I selected?
Additionally, am I able to drop the affected items from the order to buy later/from elsewhere? Or find out more information on their delivery dates.
I did come across "0871 222 1221" as a number to call to amend an order, but I don't really want to resort to being on hold on an 0871 number unless absolutely necessary.

I finally got on live chat and found out;
next day delivery goes from when an order is complete, not when its placed. i could put the order on a free 3 to 4 day delivery however this means from when the bits are delivered there could be a few days before its dispatched.
So the estimates only apply if the item is in stock.
As for delivery dates;
we dont have a date showing at the moment, this will be because our suppliers cant give us one. i dont think it will be to long as we sell a lot of corsair memory
...so I'll just wait for now, which is fine. As long as "not too long" is some reasonable time! Fingers crossed for something happening in a week.
Edit: Motherboard became in stock. Ram still not in stock, so canceled and had rest delivered. All working fine.
