No Care package, no free works, no trial office

I'm really just posting this here hoping someone from novatech will see it as I don't seem to able to get hold of them
I ordered the Optimized pro a couple of days ago... it turned up yesterday however i did not recieve my 2 year care package i bought with the computer or the free copy of microsoft works or trial cop of office promised with the product. I e-mailed novatech yesterday and they haven't replied and there phone line is no use to me as i work 8-5 most weekdays.

Did you buy it with an Operating system? And did you add the 2 year care pack to the basket when you ordered it?

Yes... an Optiminzed pro with XP
and Yes... because it's on my order history. :?

As long as the care pack is on the invoice there is nothing to worry at. Im not sure about the trial of Office, maybe someone like Coops will be able to answer

there is no paper work for the carepack, as far as i know the 60 day office trial is only on vista systems, if you wanted to try it you can download the trial from the microsoft website, i am not to sure about works, when your email is answered probably monday someone will look into that for you.

Ok thanks very much, suddenly it all makes sense. I thought because it was listed on the delivery that you got a cerificate or something. Thanks for clearing that up. :) Must remember to acctually read what I'm ordering.

Carepack is an internal thing on your Order. No paperwork needed. We know the warranty length for your unit =)

Works and Office Trial is for Windows Vista Systems Only.
