Hyundai q321 red button not working

Is anyone else having problems using the red button while watchin bbc on freeview? it just says invalid key when i try.

thats the most load of rubbish ive ever heard. i thought it was a standard with all freeview products :x

The reason the red button doesn't work is because this telly doesn't have freeview.
It has what is known as dvb-t which is digital channels but none of the bells and whistles of Freeview, not even teletext is available on the digital setting. I have sent an email to them asking about the teletext and also poor aspect ratios on the analogue setting but have not received any reply after one week.
