aaaahhhh DELL.......stay back  ....................aaaarrrrrhhhh
Dell are great...
In the right situation.
for anyone who says to you 'i want a computer' and you really want to be able to say 'nah, if i touch it i will void your warranty, best speak with dell directly, just in case'
ie - you really cba to provide 10 years of support for it!
Tho I guess this would apply to any oem type machine.

look on the nvidia website and look for what they would recommend, you would probably be stretching it with a hiper Type R 580W, but saying that i remember seeing a 600W power supply being used with one
a ocz powerstream 600W

all you need to do is research, just look and see what people doing the reviews have used

that card is far too advanced for todays software, windows cant handle the power, so they have to lower the power given to that beast

Dell's support is very good if you have the support package which you speak to their teams in Dublin or Glasgow, not so great if you have the cheaper support package which you speak to them in India.
Dells engineer all their own motherboards, and they are extremely reliable most of the time, sometimes a little non standard, I see no reason why that card shouldnt work on your Dimension. :)
If N's upgrade dept are too busy I could do the work on site for you in Portsmouth at a reasonable cost.

Blimey
I'm surprised someone came up with one that quick.
Would love to get my hands on one just to check out the mechanics of it, cause unless the GPU chips are both facing out, getting a cooling block inbetween without wrecking the card might be tricky.
