32" Tv Dvb-t question

I was under the impression with this "digital" stuff I would be getting more channels?

Am I crazy? My friend set their tv up and when they went to the "dtv" option they would have loads of other channels. All I get is the four basic.

When I attempt to scan for digital channels it always says it cannot find any and to check the antenna. Is the antenna supposed to be plugged into the analogue tuner or digital tuner?

it looks like you have your aerial connected to the analogue tuner, if you connect it to the other input on the back and re-scan for channels you will get all the digital channels available.

I tried that before, didn't find any channels. My antennae is pretty bad, though I did just buy a signal booster and now all my 4 normal channels are fine. Still no digital channels.

Shall have another go though. Thanks.


Edit - Just talked to someone at novatech and they said it is probably my antenna. Will go look in to getting a new one.
