NovaTech Live Chat Question

Hi.
I am having a lot of trouble seeing the replies on Novatech livechat. I have found that my adblocker admuncher is causing the problem , and as i can make filters for it myself i could rectify the problem quite easily.
What i need to know is who supplies the livechat service ? I am working with the developer of admuncher to resolve this issue.
