1.can you please tell me where i can download all the drivers for the
above - i've managed to loose the installation disk!

2. secondly the space bar is beginning to give problems in that it has to
be given a much more positive 'hit' before is works. - will this mean
returning the complete unit to you or can i replace the keyboard
myself - i bought it in February 2006 so it should be under warranty
however due to space i did not keey the box.

We can send you another driver CD if you get in contact by telephone or Live Chat - the drivers for this product are also available from uniwill.com here (http://www.uniwill.com/UserDownload/259EN/259EN3.php).

The cable for the keyboard actually runs under the spacebar and the most likely cause is that this is just poorly seated. If you are able to drop the notebook in we should be able to resolve this while you wait.

i tried downloading the drivers all fine apart from the vga - winzip will not open the file so i'll contact the help desk to send out a replacement cd

the problem with the keyboard - is this something i could do myself? i have plenty of experiance with desktops having build more than a few from scratch - the problem is living in scotland i cannot call in to the shop very easily - it's about a 900 mile round trip!

The Keyboard is held down by three small clips along the top edge. If you gently lift the keyboard (normally you have to lift it by the key) and release these clips. The keyboard should then just lift out.

its just then a matter of pulling the ribbon tightly around the keyboard and slotting it back in.

go VERY gently too - if its not coming out easily, one of the clips may not be 'open' properly.
