When you say it does not work. What exactly do you mean.

What is the TV actually connected to? Is it connected to PC type graphics card or some other device. How is it connected. DVI to DVI or DVI to HDMI??

Also which fix are you referring to. The only issue i know of was a HDCP handshake issue between early SKY HD boxes and the TV.

I too bought a Q321 2 years ago, but didnt bother getting the chip installed as I was not bothered about getting SKYHD at the time (too expensive then)
But now that it is on offer I am sorely tempted to go for it, but unsure if my tv will be problematic with it.#

My PS3 works fine with it connected by HDMI->DVI so would the newer SKYHD boxes work fine out of the box or would I still need to send it off for repair?

It is connected to a amd 3400 graphics card via dvi to dvi then i tried hdmi to dvi via the amd adapter this setup would be using HDCP as the pc is capable of this. The screen would work very occasionally but most of the time detected no signal. It work fine with my other tv to the hdmi port
