Recieved my Novatech Q321 yesterday on next day delivery
Its pretty obvious I've been given a refurb or returned unit. The packaging was damaged, there was dust and fingerprints on the screen, the manuals had been opened, the bags for the screen and the speakers had been opened and resealed, and the plastic covers for 3 of the four speaker clips were missing.
There is also a problem with the analogue tuner, which flashes green and red bars on and off on all channels.
How do I go about getting this replaced with a brand new, unused set?

You will almost never receive a "never been opened" set as a replacement from anyone, if you do then start worrying.

Service centres deal with returns of dead product. The last thing they want to do is send out another dead set to an already unhappy customer, so the sets will be opened and checked in some way before despatch. To do otherwise would be foolhardy.

That said, I would also expect them to be cleaned and packed in such a way as to be almost indistinguishable from an unopened set.
