u know the story

asetek extreme 10mm fitting 12V pump failed on me
tested to see if i could find the problem, which i cant

asetek have replied to me, saying that there is no way to fix the problem apart from getting it replaced
i have emailed my supplier and they need the whole kit back for replacement, and it may not even get replaced if they do not want to?!?

Does anyone know of a combined pump and resiviour that will fit 10mm tubing without barbs n shite (so basically i want it to be easy to install), and where i can get one, and how much will it cost.
And i dont want it to be too big, because my case is cramped already!

if not then i will have to send it to denmark via the maker (asetek) to get replaced at my expense!

you can get a reservoir that fits directly onto a eheim 1048 (and probably others) - I used to own one. Gone now though, and re barbs, you should be able to get most sort of adapters, 10mm is not an uncommon size, worst come to the worst, you get as close as you can and use hose clips, the sort you find in car engines to hold radiator hoses on, but smaller, obviously.

yay !

Well, after installing my new creative x-fi xtreme :P card today
I noticed after moving my case there was a very small drop of liquid on my desk - directly under the watercooling pump.

after trying to clean it up, and looking in the case, i noticed the liquid was under the pump a bit.. I think i found the problem; as a cable was under the res. which was tilting it up slightly, so i am guessing it caused it to leak a bit - good job i noticed it !!
