novatech q321 connection for receiving hd signals

hi....i am right in saying that as this set has a DVI input for hd,therefore i would have to use an hdmi to dvi connection cable..will i only receive the hd picture signal but NOT the hd sound signal...if this is the case,is there anyway i can get both signals..... :?

Yes you would need to use HDMI to DVI cable if you HD source is outputting on HDMI.

Top Get audio you would need to connect a Set of Audio Phono leads to the audio output connectors on your HD Source ( Or what ever connector is used for Audio out ) to the Audio in phono connectors on the Q321 near the DVI port.

I purchased a cable from yourselves to go with the Q321 (CAB-HDDVI2)
however it would appear that this cable does not work with a TV drive and
and Q321, I have posted elsewhere on this forum regarding this but have had no response from any Novatech Staff

your better of phoning them mate....i've tried e mailing them and got no response...however i will say that their staff are exceedingly helpful :D
also you might want to try their online techy chat service its not on all the time but i've used it twice during the day and the guy was excellent....
