Hyundai Q321 iDTV channels

Hi can anybody help me with this. I got my Q321 today and did an automatic scan for the idtv channels. It has picked up most of the freeview channels correctly but i am missing some obvious ones, like FTN, CBBC, Cbeebies, More+1 which is soon to be Filmfour.

Now i can get all these channels on an external freeview box i already own.

Can anybody tell me how to add the missing chaneels to the inbuilt freeview idtv ?

Also can anybody tell em how to rename the digital channels as it appears to pick up BBC Three but its named it cbeebies.

I am running v3.12 of the firmware on this set.

also another thing i forgot, the red button option on the bbc doesnt seem to work, any ideas on this also ?

The Reason the "red" Button won't work is becasue that is a Freeview
feature, The Tuner inside the Q321 is NOT a Freeview tuner, its A DVB-T
tuner, which does not support Interactive features or Teletext for that matter.

And to answer your other question. It depends on the time of day when when you tune in to the channels as several of them operate on the same channel so you need to tune in later in the evening (after 7pm) to get ftn, bbc3 etc.
You probably won't be able to get filmfour until they actually start transmitting in July.

I had this problem when I discarded my digibox - I think the Q321 needs a stronger signal before it captures a channel - when I used a signal booster I was able to receive the 'missing' channels...
