I can't see any spd info on the product page :( maybe i'm blind!

But I wasn't aware there were any CL 3 DDR2 sticks in production yet, let alone in a 1GB capacity.

And CL 4 is pretty fast for a 1GB DDR2 stick too... If I were you, I would assume its more likely to be around 5 or slower. Aslo bare in mind its also budget memory, so its pretty unlikely to be faster than the top of the range OCZ stuff...
