i have always like thermaltake cases, they all look good and the quality is nice.

i think there are a few forum members that have this case, if you wait a while i am sure you will here some good reviews.

think thats the one I built a pc in a few months ago - its perfectly adequate as far as cases go.

Most important thing about a case though, imho, is how it looks - its something that will sit in, or under your desk, in full view, 24hrs a day - its got to look good. And thats all down to personal preferences.

btw, if it is the same case, it has a thing on top for USB devices, go VERY careful, had to remove it to put a modular psu in, and putting it back in broke a clip, and they are plastic, and about as strong as a peice of chocolate on a hot day.

the front panel is plastic btw, and feels/looks cheap compared to the rest of the case, get the thermaltake tsunami case instead

Yea, I did see it at OCUk, its smooth, sleek, understated, not like the current TT cases, which give it the bling bling. DOn't get me wrong, but they are nice cases (if had any TT case, it would be the Tai Chi with water cooling) but I prefer something that not everyone else has been after. EG, like the Chenbro *Bomb* gaming case came out, or when Asus plagiarised Alienwares alien style cases (granted it was wider at the bottom but the overall designs is very similar), every one had to have one.

Guess its just my age showing through where i'd rather have something that looked more sophisticated rather than have something that everyone wanted.

I prefer those one off cases that arent made by the big companies that catch the eye, but no one knows about :D

But soon im going custom

If you want to know how to tidy cables up then ask big beere, his case is sooo tidy, i just shove all cables in a corner and hold em there with elastic bands and zip ties :D

Any advice, well, take you time, for every thing you install, look at the cable, see how long it is, and see what you canhide it behinf

Also have lots of ty-wraps onhand to hold the loom togethor as you work. Just be careful when you cut the ones off that aren;t needed that you don't cut the wire.

Best I can offer for generic cable tidying 8)

All done - all changed over, but i cannot get the cd/dvd drive to work.

I have connected it via power and the weird cable to the mobo and still nothing.

Any ideas?

Yeee I have to hide every cable in sight

The thing i do is, as soon as i install one piece of hardware i make sure the cable/wire is hidden. This way, every cable/wire is then eventually hidden

All you can see in my case is the watercooling tubing :P

BEZ, have you sorted out your cd-drive yet??

Cheers,
