If you have problems with your LiteOn DVD recorder after 28 days from purchase the best and quickest thing to do would be call there service centre.

Procedure.
1. Enduser calls the hotline with Model number, Serial number available for the operator.
2. Call centre will try to diagnose the problem if repair is necessary.
3. Customer receives instructions how to prepare his product for collection.
4. DHL arrange pickup of the product the following day.
5. Return to the UK service centre for repair.
6. DHL return the product to the enduser within 5 working days.
