Website - Order history

When in 'My Account' why does the hyperlink "View Order History..." & "View the history of all your completed orders.." actually take you to "Order / Parcel tracking"? (which just shows me a single order)

I'd like to see my entire order history, but the only way I can do this is to open a returns no. which shows the last years' worth.

In short, how do we see our *entire* order history?

if you are having problems with the order history page the best person to contact would be webmaster@novatech.co.uk. if you send our webmaster an email with your customer number he will be able to look into your problem.

please ignore the above post. i have just been speaking to our web team and they are aware of a problem with the history section of the website.

the web team are working on updating this part of the site as well as a few other bits. if you need any information on previous orders if you contact customer services they will be happy to help.

Still not working. It is at least 18 months since it stopped working. I have complained many times, on the phone, in the showroom, and also by email to the webmaster.

yeah the website is lacking maintainance. A lot of products have very poor descriptions with bad spelling, wrong details and grammar mistakes.

The website is currently being rewritten from the ground up, and will include many new features. All comments, queries and suggestions we have received via email and the forum regarding the website are being considered.
We will be publishing the new site in the near future.
