Im sorry aj, but its not worth that amount.

Just how old is it?

Bearing in mind that that is very near to my system, and I only paid £650 overall for it.

And that was 9 months ago.

the trouble is that if you were spending that money you wouldnt buy most of those parts so its impossible to say its worth that at the current parts price! Aint worth more than £400 imo when you can buy this new http://www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/range.html?t=pc&c=all&r=RIC at under £500. Sorry buddy wrong place to advertise at that price find somewhere where people dont know nothing about pc's might get your asking price for it lol

Think I agree with J2B above... £400 tops factoring it has Vista Home else I'd use a figure of about £350 without an OS.

I would sell all the bits off separate, thats what I always do.

Also check ebay prices, sometimes you will get alot more on ebay for certain items that you would by selling them on hardware forums & thats including commission.

I bought my GTX280 for £260 new about 6 month ago, I sold it for £240 on ebay a few days ago. ;)

Well thanks for setting me straight in any case. First time selling a system (built Jan 07 FYI), didn't know how much it would depriciate.

I'll proberbly go for your idea nelly (sell it off). From what you are all saying I will proberbly get more taht way xD

Looking at your signature of what you plan to build, is there really that much difference in the one you have and the one you are going to build?

Only massive difference is the graphics card tbh.
