i've ordered a E6600 conroe and have a Q on the delivery.

do novatech use a couier or RMSD?

if its a courier, is it possible to use RMSD instead as i wont be in for receipt for a courier and have no means to go to their depot.

i can go and pick up at the sorting office for RM tho

I believe (could be wrong) that its UPS.

Where abouts are you, can you not pop in and pick it up?

The problem with some courier deliveries is that more than likely I am out at work when they try to deliver - as per the original post.

I phoned the number on the card explaining the times I will be in but they arrive at exactly the same time the next day with the same problem.

I had a run-in with one firm some time ago because the only time during the day that the house was unoccupied was the morning school run between about 08:30 and 09:10 and guess what time they arrived every day for a week...............

I swear they wait until you leave the house, or if they don't think you will, go next door :(

I do like the Royal Mail 50p option though.

We are now quite often out when parcels arrive but a quick phone call and the item is left at our local post office.

We can walk across the road the following day and collect it for 50p at our convenience.
