Novatech Scart RGB Not Working

I connected up my sky box via scart 1 on the novatech 32 LCD using a fully wired Scart and the picture carries more grain than a combine harvester. If I plug into scart 2 (½ scart) the picture is excellent apart from a little too much contrast (halo) around sharp edges. Any ideas on what this might be, regarding the Scart 1 input?

Also I've read that this TV might not be Sky HD Compatible which is not what I was told when purchased it, as I specifically asked and was told it would work via an HDMI-DVI lead, is this not the case then? :(

Can you post the model number and serial number from the rating label on the back of the set please, then maybe I can give you a specific answer to your query

Your set will require an update to work correctly with Sky HD.

Sales guys could not have known this at the time of sale, since this is a Sky HDCP implementation issue, and Sky's HD box didn't exisit when the current range came onto the market.

Telephone 01740 645566 to arrange this, make sure you have date of purchase, make, model, serial number when you call. Get the SCART checked while it's there.
