DDR (Double data rate) memory works on a multiplier of X2, this is why it shows as 200mhz.

Dennis, this was the bit you needed to read in order to see what you memory was running at, so unless you had overclocked it (which i reckon you haven't mate) it will give you an idea of what FSB your currently running and hence what memory type you should use.
