laptop battery

my sister has bought a laptop ( a few months ago)
and it is a Acer Aspire 3614WLMi
the battery is 4 cell and only has a max battery life of 2.1hours
but in real life it only lasts 20 minutes max

and i was wondering if anyone knew of a battery that would fit that would be 8 cell or better.

What kind of things are you running on the laptop while on battery?

Have you spoken to Acer about this?

20 mins is ridiculously bad for a laptop - speak with acer.

:o My AMD Athlon 4000+ Laptop lasts just over 2 hours, that includes multi-tasking.. internet.. music..

I would ring ACER and complain, see what they will do :lol:
