View Full Version : Ever considered changing your delivery service?

I know this is not Novatechs fault, but I think you may want to reconsider using UPS in the future.

On tuesday evening, I ordered a bundle from your website and paid the extra for next working day delivery, meaning it would be delivered on thursday. I took a day off work and on thursday I checked the UPS tracking system, which said my parcel was "In transit", so I awaited delivery. Nothing came, and at 18:00 there system showed the message

"Parcel was missed at UPS facility, will be delivered next working day"

I was a little pissed, but I managed to work another day off work so I stayed at home today. I checked the system this morning, once again the pacel was labeled as "In Transit", but I phoned UPS to make sure. They put me through to the Datrford depot where I was told that the package was in the van and would be with me shortly. this was at 1:30. 5:00 rolled round and still no package, so I phoned again. They said they would have dartford phone me back within the hour. I just got off the phone with them (5:50) and aparently the driver went home sick. I have been told it will be here tomorrow, but I have my doubts.

I think Novatech is a great site with some great deals, but I run a small business, and having told my customer his product would be with him on thursday evening, I can't accept delays like this. I was also told by UPs that I would have to go through you to retrive my delivery costs, and would apreciate finding out how I could go about this
