Hi there. Please can someone help me - I have just received my MP3 player - one of these:
http://www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/spec ... mp3m1g&P=4 (http://www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/specpage.html?nov-mp3m1g&P=4)
I am very happy with it, but I cannot seem to get it to see any folders, apart from the ROOT. I have created two new folders on the root level, but the player itself is not seeing them. Am I missing something, or doing something wrong?
I am going on holiday this week so really hope to have it going soon! Thanks for all your help guys!
EDIT - Since writing this post I've managed to get it to see my folders, however ONLY if there are MP3 files in the folders. If there is nothing in the folder other than another folder, then it won't even see the top folder. ie, If I have a folder called Nirvana that contains another folder called Nevermind, where the mp3's are, then it won't see it, unless I only copy over the Nevermind folder onto the player.
Is there a way round this? Any firmware upgrades perhaps? fyi, I am on XP. thanks!
