Wotcha, fokls.

When I rig stuff up to the USB ports on the back of my PC, it keeps coming up with stuff like 'Your USB ports are silly USB1. They'd much quicker if they were USB2" ...etc.

I don't think any of my ports are USB, but there are a few unconnected leads hanging around the PC inwards (you can tell I'm a pro).

Is there an easy way to fit USB2? Is there an expansion card, etc?

I think My mobo is a KT600 or V600DP or something!

Many thanks.

plug it in to a spare pci slot and away you go.

If your PC mainboard was built with only USB v1.1 ports you cannot make them USB2.0

Check the spec of your Board. If they are only 1.1 then you will need to buy a USB 2.0 PCI card as mentioned already.

If your board does have USB2.0 support but they are not working then there could be a driver issue and we can then see if we can help further but first check your actual board specfication.
