I just took delivery of this TV today and generally very happy with it. However one question:

When I did a scan for Terrestrial DTV channels, 4 HD trial channels were listed (I'm on the Crystal Palace transmitter). They are:

501 BBC HD1
503 ITV HD Trial
504 Ch4 HD Trial
505 Five HD Trial

The problem is that they don't seem to be viewable. At first I thought they hadn't been stored at all then I discovered that the TV had classified them as 'radio' channels. At the moment there is sound on the 503 channel but seemingly nothing on the others.

So, should the TV be able to show them and if so how?

I also note that the TV does not seem to support digital teletext which does seem to be a bit of an omission, but as I have a seperate Freeview recorder/decoder this is not particularly an issue for me. I do however feel that this ought to be made clear in the advertising.

No it should not be able to, the receiver built in is a standard one for the standard terrestrial digital service only.

Until the experimental service becomes a full service it is unlikey that many models coming to market will support it.

Second factor to consider is that the bandwidth requirement for HD is comparatively huge. It will be a massive undertaking to roll this out nationwide with our congested spectrum, and that will have a major bearing on the number of units which will come to the market with such a facility.
