Hi there got fed up with waiting on tech line

One computer purchased 02/06/04 invoice no 2712892 needs repair - Initially it was diagnosed as hard disk problem so purchased from you 2 new HD which I fitted - still getting error messages / crashes - errors messages say Hard Disk failure so guess the problem lies elsewhere and beyond my capabilities - I want to purchase an NForcer 4200

My ? is will you take back the old NERO EL 64 3200 160G 1024MB in for repair .

Last time i had a problem like this you collected / diagnosed / discussed by phone / replaced & redelivered for a very reasonable cost .

Please advise if this is still in order , your sales desk couldnt assist today

we can take a look at the system.

if you are local to us if you bring the pc into our returns shop they will be able to book it in for test. if you are not local you will need to get a returns number by phone or you coul duse our live chat service.

the phones have been very quiet this morning so you should get through to tech right away, so far this morning only 25 calls have come in.
