connecting a card reader will be the same as wiring up a front panel usb port. this is a generic guide so the usb header on the motherboard may be slightly different. before wiring the card reader you WILL have to check the motherboard manual. if you wire up a usb port incorrectly it can blow the motherboard and invalidate the warranty.
