Hi people, new member with some really good feed back.

I bought a LG42" TV from nova tech on the 14/2/08. really impressed with the set, blue ray films played perfect, did everything it said, and a lot cheaper then anyone else!
About two weeks ago i walked out the room and on my return i clocked that the tv had turned off!! Tried to turn it on again and the power light just blinked, did all the normal like un-plug etc but refused to turn on,

Phoned novatech the next day, spoke to a really friendly chap who said he would e,mail the service people for LG and send me an e,mail as well (i was driving at the time).

Got home to a e,mail with all the details i needed, contacted the service team and had a tech out within 2 days.

Turned up with boxes of circuit boards and within 45mins i was watching the box again:D

That's what i call customer service!!!

Sorry if this is in the wrong section but credit where credit is due!!

Hence to say i have since bought another smaller tv from novatech!!!

That's great feedback, got to be good news when a company comes through for you. Think I'll stick to samsung tv's though.

My 37" 1080p LG is awesome, never had a single issue with it and the picture is pin sharp with hi-def sources, and its rather spiffing with freeview too

surprised you even got a fault so quick with an LG, if you watch the Gadget show on channel 5, they mentioned that LG make most flat screens and then sell them to the other brands, LG technology is far more advanced when it comes to t.v's
