HI,

I picked up a Q321 today, got it home and...

Nothing.

It's completely dead. Aren't these things checked before they are sent out to customers? (esp. with regard to some of the issues being raised on these forums and elsewhere).

Packing was incomplete. The power cable was a European 2-pin one, for example. I have scoured the packaging, but there is no adaptor there. THankfully, I had some spares sitting around.

Ho hum. I guess Novatech will have to send a courier out to come collect and replace it with a new one at the same time...

Hi,

Did you find the power switch on the rear of the unit almost opposite the LED / IR sensor but at the back ?

Mike.

Haha, yes, I did in the end. I was just coming back here to apologise and state that (I took a while hooking the whole lot up in order not to jump the gun for a second time).

I only spotted it when putting the TV back in the box ready to bring in!!!

I guess it is pretty well hidden, as I don't usually fall for this. I even got my girlfriend to read through the Troubleshooting guide, but I don't think it mentioned a power switch on the TV itself. Oh well, either way, it works... so far am happy :)
