This morning since 9am i have tried phoning tech support twice, to be held for 10-20 minutes waiting for a reply before giving up, and the live chat icon has not turned green in the tech support page. On the chat page it is green but not working. I know 1.5 hours is not long, but it is not a problem that can wait a few days for an email reply.
I would just ike to know if its normal for the live chat to not be on, and for that kind of delay over the phones, and when a good time to call is, or when is chat available.
Also, i have sent 2 emails regarding different problems to your tech support in the past that have never been replied to except with a confirmation. I solved the problems on my own eventually.
This is a shame as the first email i sent to support (faulty fan) was answered in minutes, and a new fan recieved the next day.
