This morning since 9am i have tried phoning tech support twice, to be held for 10-20 minutes waiting for a reply before giving up, and the live chat icon has not turned green in the tech support page. On the chat page it is green but not working. I know 1.5 hours is not long, but it is not a problem that can wait a few days for an email reply.
I would just ike to know if its normal for the live chat to not be on, and for that kind of delay over the phones, and when a good time to call is, or when is chat available.

Also, i have sent 2 emails regarding different problems to your tech support in the past that have never been replied to except with a confirmation. I solved the problems on my own eventually.

This is a shame as the first email i sent to support (faulty fan) was answered in minutes, and a new fan recieved the next day.

i am sorry that you have had problems contacting tech support. because of the bank holiday weekend the phones have been very busy this morning.

the phones have now died down so if you try calling again you should get through to someone a lot quicker.
