Packaging for returns

I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but does NT still supply packaging for returns? I got an RMA number for my Q321 ages ago and I haven't been able to return it yet due to a lack of anything to send it back in. The email I got with the number said I could buy packaging from the website, but I've not been able to find it.

Am I stuck with this thing?

normally we can supply replacement packaging for pc's and laptops but i am not aware that we can supply replacement packaging for TV's.

within the first 28 days we can deal with the return, after 28 days the warranty is covered by repair tech, because repair tech are the warranty company there is a chance that they could supply replacement packaging for the TV.
