I recently bough one of these MP3 players:

It is great, but I have one pretty major problem with it. It states in the instruction manual that you can play songs in "shuffle" mode - pretty important really when you have a couple of hundred tracks on it!
However, I just can't make it shuffle though - I can't find anything in the menu structure. Can any one help? I called the company directly - the first guy said he would get back to me and didn't and the second one was helpful but didn't know either!
I have been offered a refund but I can't imagine it is a typo in the instruction manual - I am sure it is just me not being able to work it!!!
