Game Shadow

Hey guys, i found a handy peice of software called gameshadow, which scans your hard drive and finds all official titles installed onto your machine (sometimes unofficial) and can locate and download updates for it very efficiently.

I was just curious guys would any of you know of a peice of software with similar abilities but for system devices, i.e cameras, usb devices etc etc?

There used to be a cracking utility called Cybermedia Oilchange years ago. They stopped and then CNET CatchUp was the daddy but that went by the by too. Very handy they were but it`s a few years gone by now and to my knowledge, no other exists in the same vein :\
