I made an order on Friday for a Titan T2 Laptop. After checking the status of the laptop, I was wondering if by saying the order is on hold meant the product had not started to be built yet. Or will it simply say this until the laptop is built and has been dispatched? It has been on hold since I placed the order.
I chose next day delivery which predicted its arrival for Thursday 7th, as I aim to go back to uni the next day. However, if the building hasn't been started, then I can't imagine it will arrive anywhere near that day as it takes 4 days to build?
Is there any way I can find out what the situation is with it?
Thanks
Phil

You have not said exactly which model you have on order but having spoken with production Titan T2 units are in progress. If you could tell me exactly which model you order i can see whats going on for the exact model.

OK it now says awaiting stock...
(edited out by coops)
The model is: TITAN PRO DUAL T2500 2GB 120G
Was wondering if you would know how long it'll take the stock to come in? Like I said, I'm going back to Uni and will have to come home to grab it, if it hasn't arrived before I set off :D

Ok
We have a part shortage to build that unit at the moment.
We have an estimated delivery date of the missing part for tomorrow the 5th.
If the part arrives tomorrow and taking in to account production times we would be looking at stock Thursday / Friday.
Thats best guess i am afraid based on information i have. Once the back ordered part arrives and unit goes to production it will be easier to give a more firm date but all i can give is best estimate at the moment.

OK but we can assume it won't be dispatched until sometime next week?
Thanks a lot for your help :D

There is a chance that it might get dispatched towards the end of this week.
For example if we get stock for your order on Thursday in enough time to meet dispatch that day it will go out for delivery Friday.
Dispatch on Friday would mean deliver Monday.
So there is a chance that it might not get to you till early next week.
Once all the parts have arrived for production we will have a clearer picture of when it is likely to be ready.

As I'll be leaving on Friday, I would like to change the dispatch address. What's the easiest way to go about doing this?

if the orders a cash, credit card or cheque order if you call customer services on 0870 112 0612 they should be able to change the address.
if this is a finance order it can only be delivered to the invoice address.
