Network Driver Problems

I have recently purchased a Studio Director Pro 4200 PC. When I use the provided drivers CD, I install the chipset drivers ok and the machine reboots successfully. I have then installed the network driver off the same CD and the PC will not reboot.

The machine has 2 network ports and is running Win XP Pro. Does anyone know what maybe causing this?
