If you ever have any problems with windows a very good place to try and troubleshoot the problem is the Microsoft support website.

No matter how strange the problems is or no matter what the error message you get is it is very unlikely that you are the only person to have this problem. If you put the error message or part of the error message on the search box there is a very good chance you will find a possible fix to your problem.
If you dont have any luck with the Microsoft support page try a more advanced search engine like http://www.google.com. When i am troubleshooting problems for customers over the phone or by email these two sites can be life savers. Most of the time i try Microsoft first, then Google.
