Without a doubt - best non I7 CPU on the market today - in my eyes it the the Q6600 of this year. New PCs will be out next week - watch this space!

apparently the Q9550S doesnt overclock any better then the Q9550 according to anandtech, and also looks like they will have a pretty hefty premium on them. also these have gone up to £212.74 any reason for this?

ive just checked the q9550 and the price is £165 so i think i need to try and bribe the wife into parting with some cash

edit :it must have been a mistake the price has shot back up to £211 again
