Does anyone experience this problem?

When typing, and you press a key, it comes up twice. Like just then, I looked back and it had typed the letter 'C' twice. It's quite annoying.

It did it 5 times in this message.

If you are using XP (Will be similar on other Windows too).

Goto: Control Panel --> Keyboard

Here you can set the repeat delay of characters when you hold down the keys. :)

are some keys worse? ie you mentioned the 'c' key ?

If so....

Have you been eating biscuits at your computer????? :D

if not, is it a wireless keyboard?

Firstly, I did that in control panel and it helped a bit so the settings are pretty slow now, but sometimes still does it.

As for one key in particularly, that isnt the case, and I havent gotten anything on the keyboard.

It is not wireless either...I think it could simply be faulty :cry:

Sounds to me like you've got sticky keys turned on... and I'm not being rude :P hehe

Take a look at this:
Turn On the Sticky Keys Feature (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/setup/learnmore/tips/le1.mspx)
I think it's more than 5 times anyway... try up to 20 (don't bother counting just hit it!!)

Stickykeys is only for SHIFT, CTRL, ALT, and the windows logo key - nothing to do with letters.

sorry if i seem rude correcting you
