Crossfire compatable conroe mobo?

im thinking of buying this mobo with a new core 2 duo e6300 and asrock crossfire compatable mobo http://www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/specpage.html?asr-xfire&P=1 instead of an amd athlon 64 4200+ and MSI RD480 could someone give me their opinion on which one to go for and wether the asrock is crossfire compatable ( whats an agi slot) sorry if im being a total noob thanks in advance

It says that it does support crossfire, i would suggest google'ing it and look for a review of it, and also to check the asrock website
