Hi,
I've had a laptop for about 12 months now and have never had problems up until now.
After pressing Fn+F10 to start Wifi, it works for a few minutes and then completely disconnects - the connection dissapears from network connections and it's as if the built in wifi receiver is physically disconnected as it's no longer in the device manager. Sometimes it doesn't work at all.
I've been and bought a USB wifi card but that's **** compared to the inbuilt one when it worked.
The model is U50SI1, is it easy to open up and find the wireless card? I think the connection is just a bit dodgy and needs wiggling about a bit.
