Live Messenger Sounds Location?

I'm using the latest version of Live Messenger 2009, and I want to find the folder where it stores all my custom sounds and the default sound files used for alerts and stuff.
Basically, if anyone knows where the folder is I would appreciate it :)

Its not the C:\Program Files\Windows Live\Messenger folder as there are only a few files in there and not the ones I'm looking for. I don't know where else they could be stored.. so can anyone help?

Are you seeing any sound files...?
Or are you seeing sound files, but not the ones you want?

If you can't see any than you need to shpw hidden files and folders in the control panel

> Control Panel
> Folder Options
> View Tab
> Check "Show hidden files and folders"

In the folder that you specified i have 8 sounds, including "nudge" and "newalert"

If you are looking for other files, could you specify exactly what?

Yeah i can see some sounds, most likely the same ones as you.

Basically I want the electric guitar sound, I want to use it as my text message alert on my phone. Sorry for not being specific before..
