Hi i want to buy an AGP or PCI card for my pc. I currently have on-board graphics with 64MB. Here are my specs...

Model: IBM NetVista 8305-31G
Motherboard: Intel Brookdale-G i845G
Graphics: Intel 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV (64MB)

Can you answer me these questions please...

1) What AGP/PCI cards can i use? I was hoping to buy...

or

Can my system support these and which one do you think is the best.

If not can you tell me of any other cards that my system will support.

And a final question. Do you know if anyone of these support pixel shading and if so which version?

I will be very very grateful...

BTW: where is the nearest Novatech store (i live in west-midlands)

Thanks again...DJB MASTER

If your card supports AGP X8 then get the nvidia 6200.
But if your machine supports only pci, then get a nvidia pci 5500 256mb or higher

BTW is the sapphire Radeon compatable with a 4x AGP slot.

It doesn't say on the website but i've seen it advertised on loads of other websites and they say it is 4x compatable.

Can anyone confirm?

If it shows the exact same one, with the same spec, then it will do what it says elsewhere. This isnt guaranteed though, why not check on ati's website :D
