DVD Driver - TEAC DW-224E

Hey

I got a laptop few days ago and i put say a dvd in it i try and play it comes up with send error ect. So i think i need a new driver maybe. I go to device manager and try and update it their but still doesn't work.

Im looking to see if anyone can help me.

What is the error message that you receive?

DVD drives are all ATAPI and do not require drivers. Are you trying to play a DVD video or data disc?

well what i get is when i stick a dvd / dvd cd rom game in i click play or start if its a dvd it will start in the dvd player or windows media player after few secends it will come up with error this program needs to close send error dont send error

when i play a game it reads the cd but when i install it doesnt play at all. just a black screen. i made another post about needing drivers witch im going to sort out so ill post back asap if i have anymore problems but if you know what they are please tell me.

on the cd you gave me does it have the dvd driver info?
